Very funny the way you say that! Hahaha! Indeed, I think you are all right, those skills are too much spammable. Anyway, the "cooldown" of Blinding Surge is it's Elite, and "cooldown" for Blinding Flash is 15 energy cost, so, you won't see anyone (with brain) spamming it.

Recharge of 60 sec is plenty ridiculous, 10 sec is a good idea

a) The game is still in beta form practically, lots of changes will come. If it's really too uber it'll be fixed.

b) It's an elite... if they are bringing that just to blind your l33t mending/frenzy warrior, they deserve a good shutdown.

being blinded isn't that bad, it doesn't last long if you have condition removal. If they blind you again, then remove it again, and know that you just made that character waste a lot of energy. Being someone who plays physical attacking classes a lot, I think I'm in some position to say that blind, while annoying, isn't as powerful a condition as it might seem.

Hell I'm worried about the recharge on these skills not being enough atm. With the new insignia and inscription systems a warrior can get 40% blind reduction -- 20% from the rune of Clarity and another 20% from a +30HP 20% blind reduction shield. All the sudden against an intelligent warrior your blinds go from 8 seconds to 5 seconds -- and that's dangerous.

A class with a 20-27 Energy pool with a 5 energy spell to remove a 10 second blind spell that has a 4 second recharge agaisnt a class that has a energy pool of 80-90.Not even counting RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOing attunements.

Yeah.Thats a sure fire way to win.We need the addition of condition removal spells that leave us immune to the condition we remove for a certain period of time.

Paragon Skill

Remedy Signet: You lose 1 condition. 1 sec cast, 4 sec cooldown.

I've used this a few times in the preview event, and it makes a nice alternative to plague touch. You don't need to be close to anyone, so cripshot rangers don't cause as many problems. And it's free. Yes, you need to be secondary-paragon, but GW is all about give-and-take.

You'd need to be a primary dervish for that..
